Scope of This Policy<\/h2>\n  <p>This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by LP Development, including SaaS subscriptions, use of the LP Apps platform, LP Renovation Calculator tenant access, setup services, configuration services, add-ons and related digital services.<\/p>\n  <p>This policy should be read together with our Terms &amp; Conditions, Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. SaaS Access and Digital Service Delivery<\/h2>\n  <p>LP Apps and LP Renovation Calculator are digital SaaS services. Access to the service may begin shortly after payment, order completion, account creation, tenant provisioning or setup completion.<\/p>\n  <p>Once access has been activated and the software has been made available, the service is considered to have started. Use of the application includes, but is not limited to, login access, tenant dashboard access, calculator access, configuration, saved projects, price editing, quote generation, appointment tools, integrations or admin functions.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. It does not automatically apply to non-refundable items listed below.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. First 14 Days and Consumer Withdrawal Rights<\/h2>\n  <p>If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides a mandatory right of withdrawal for online purchases or digital services, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.<\/p>\n  <p>Where applicable law grants a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal period, such rights will apply as required by law. If immediate access to the digital service is requested and provided, your withdrawal or refund rights may be affected according to applicable law and the consent\/acknowledgement provided at checkout.<\/p>\n  <p>Business customers, companies, contractors, professionals and users purchasing for commercial or professional purposes may not benefit from the same consumer withdrawal rights unless required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Non-Refundable Fees and Services<\/h2>\n  <p>Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following are non-refundable:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>setup fees;<\/li>\n    <li>installation fees;<\/li>\n    <li>custom software configuration;<\/li>\n    <li>custom development or customization work;<\/li>\n    <li>data migration services;<\/li>\n    <li>training or consulting services already delivered;<\/li>\n    <li>administrative fees;<\/li>\n    <li>third-party fees, including payment provider, hosting, domain, plugin, email, API, banking or transaction fees;<\/li>\n    <li>taxes, VAT or duties where they cannot be refunded under applicable tax rules;<\/li>\n    <li>add-ons or extra services already activated, delivered or consumed;<\/li>\n    <li>services terminated due to breach of our Terms, abuse, non-payment, unlawful use or security risk.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>6. Cancellation of Subscription<\/h2>\n  <p>You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting LP Development or by using any available cancellation method provided through your account, checkout system or customer communication channel.<\/p>\n  <p>Cancellation stops future access or renewal according to the applicable plan and billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless the refund conditions in this policy are met.<\/p>\n  <p>To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing or renewal date. If payment has already been processed, refund eligibility will be assessed according to this policy and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>7. Refund Method and Processing Time<\/h2>\n  <p>Approved refunds are normally processed using the original payment method where technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, we may request alternative refund details.<\/p>\n  <p>Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or other payment method. LP Development is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors or currency conversion systems.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>9. Currency, Exchange Rates and Payment Fees<\/h2>\n  <p>Payments and refunds may be processed in EUR, GBP, USD or another available currency depending on the selected checkout and account settings.<\/p>\n  <p>If currency conversion applies, the final amount received may differ due to exchange rate changes, bank charges, card issuer fees or payment provider fees. LP Development is not responsible for exchange rate differences or third-party payment costs.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>10. Effect of Cancellation on Access and Data<\/h2>\n  <p>After cancellation, suspension or termination, access to the application, tenant dashboard, calculator, offers, appointments, settings, integrations and stored data may be restricted or disabled.<\/p>\n  <p>You are responsible for exporting or saving any business-critical data, offers, reports, price lists, customer records or other information before cancellation or termination.<\/p>\n  <p>Data may be deleted, archived or retained according to our Privacy Policy, Data Retention terms, backup procedures, legal obligations and technical requirements.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>11. Breach, Abuse or Non-Payment<\/h2>\n  <p>No refund will be provided where access is suspended or terminated because of:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>violation of our Terms &amp; Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy;<\/li>\n    <li>fraud, abuse, spam, unlawful use or security risk;<\/li>\n    <li>attempted unauthorized access or misuse of the platform;<\/li>\n    <li>chargeback abuse or payment fraud;<\/li>\n    <li>non-payment or failed payment after access has been provided;<\/li>\n    <li>misuse of third-party services, APIs, SMTP, hosting or integrations.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>12.
